Haha, happiness aside, sorry for the lame title of this pic. I honestly couldn't think of anything creative. To me, this looks like something Yei would wear in a sparring match against someone. . .most likely Kaimau ^^

Speaking of Kaimau, the baggy sweatpants and slippers were inspired by his outfit, so no, you're NOT crazy for thinking they look familiar.

The symbol on the upper right (your perspective) of her shirt is the symbol of Lord Leviathan, the water God that Yei is host to. I needed and excuse to draw it, so I snuck it on her outfit ^^

Didn't really do any shading this time around, but whatever. I'm just so happy to have drawn Yei for the first time in ages and to have given her a makeover! I always enjoy coming up with new clothes for her! In fact, I WANT to hold a contest to see who can design the coolest Yei outfit, but I'm so far behind on prize art from two other contests to even THINK of hosting another one. . .unless one of you kind souls wants to volunteer to be my prize art donator? *sparkly goo-goo eyes of love*
